Instructions:
The dollar amount entered in the Tuition Remission value must align with the approved monthly GSTRP rate for corresponding fiscal year. For example, FY14 monthly rate $1,253 and FY15 monthly rate $1,366.
If the tuition allocation calculated on the report exceeds the monthly GSTRP rate, contact spd.ask@business.gatech.edu.
This form may only be used when applicable salaries have posted directly to the cost share project and tuition remission costs are allowable in accordance with terms and conditions of the award.
PI Certification letter and SPD reports are required as supporting documentation.
