1. How do I find the balance of a sponsored project?
You can find it in the “Web Grants Management” application specifically the Project Expense and Budget Report.

2. What is the Web PEB?
The Web PEB is another name for the Project Expense and Budget Report that is available on the Web Grants Management system.  Introduction to the Project Expense and Budget Report (Video Demonstration).

3. How do I gain access to the Web PEB?
You will need to either register to attend a “Grants Management for Campus Administrators” class or have your supervisor send an email directly to gc.ask@business.gatech.edu requesting access for you.  You can see when the next class will be offered and register for it on our training schedule page.

4. How do I see my sponsored projects in the OSP Contract Information System?

5. How do I gain access to the OSP database?
There are a couple of options. 1. Login to GTCrossroads. Go to APPS. Find Contract Information System. Then, Project Initiation & Modification Packages and Search on the Fund or Project Number. 2. You can also use the My Pages functionality within GTCrossroads.
